CENTER ZERO
Scale is stabilized and set to zero.
LOCK
The BabyWeigh Scale will lock weights of 500g or more. (Models produced before
June 1996 may have higher lock in weights) Weights under 500g will be
w e i g h e d
accurately, but will not lock. Weight is stabilized and locked on the display panel.
Weight remains on display even after baby is removed.
MEMORY WEIGHT
When WEIGHT ENTRY button is pressed, the weight currently shown on the
display panel will be entered into memory and MEMORY WEIGHT will be indicated.
NET
Ifa blanket or other object is placed on the scale prior to weighing baby and the
ON/ZERO button is pressed, NET is indicated.

The grams unit of measure has been chosen using the g/l.

A. Press ON/ZERO button, an audible beep should he heard. The display will start
flashing for about 4 seconds, The scale will beep and CENTER ZERO will be
indicated. Either the g or Ibso will be indicated depending on which weight
measurement you choose to use. If in the g mode, O will appear on the display
when itis correctly centered. IFin the Ib 0: mode, 0.00.0 will appear.
B. Ifa blanket or other basket cover is to be used, place it on the scale and press the
ON/ZERO button. Wait until the display stops fluctuating and an audible beep
is heard. NET will be indicated.
©. Place the baby on the basket, holding one hand just above baby. When the
weight is stabilized, a beep w i l l sound and LOCK will be indicated. The weight
of the baby will be displayed. The g/Ibsoz switch may be changed to convert the
weight to the other measurement.
