TROUBLE SHOOTING
WARNING: Read instruction manual first! Remove the battery before making adjustments
or assembling accessories.
The following form lists the common operating system with problem and solutions. Please read the form
carefully and follow it.
PROBLEMS
Motor fails to start when
switch trigger is depressed.
Line will not feed
Motor runs, but cutting
blades do not move.
Cutting tool does not
rotate:
stop the machine
immediately!
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Battery is not secure.
Battery is not charged.
Check spool
Replace spool
Brush cutter damaged.
Do not use brush cutter.
Foreign object such as a branch is
jammed between the guard and the
cutting tool.
The drive system does not work
correctly.
To secure the battery pack, make sure
the latches on the top of the battery pack
snap into place.
Charge the battery pack according to the
instructions included with your model.
1. Check line is not tangled or jammed in
the spool.
2.Remove the line and replace the spool of
the line and ensure the mechanism is
clean.
Call for technical service.
1. Remove the foreign object.
2. Ask your local authorized service
center for repair.
