Cooking guidelines
Be careful when frying, as oil and fat heat up very quickly, especially if you use the Booster
function. At extremely high temperatures, oil and grease can spontaneously combust, creating
a serious fire hazard.
Cooking tips

When food starts boiling, reduce the power.
Using a lid will reduce the cooking time and save energy by retaining heat.

Start cooking with a high power setting and reduce it as food heats up.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

Allow the induction hob to cool down before cleaning to avoid burns.

Wipe the stains with a damp cloth with detergent diluted in a little water. Then wet with
cold water and dry the surface thoroughly. You can use specific cleaning products for
induction / glass ceramic hobs.

Always avoid using corrosive or abrasive detergents and cleaning utensils that may
scratch the surface.
Never use a steam or pressure cleaner.

Do not use any objects that could scratch the ceramic glass.

Make sure that the cookware to be used is clean and dry. Make sure that the control panel
and the cookware are not dusty. Sliding cookware with damaged or worn bottoms will
damage the surface.
