Note: when the device is switched on and the steam/hot water selector is open, the steam
preheat indicator flashes rapidly showing E-1 on the display, which means that the steam
button is not closed and must be closed.

Espresso coffee
1. Open the lid, remove the water tank and pour adequate water into the tank. Do not exceed
MAX capacity.
2. Re-install the water tank and close the lid.
3. Plug in the power plug, the control panel is all switched on and then switched off. Touch
the power switch, the single and double coffee indicators flash, the steam switch
indicator lights up steady and the machine starts to heat up. After about 1 minute, all
indicators are steady, indicating that preheating is complete.
4. Take out the filter holder, pour the ground coffee (9 grams for single and 16 for double)
as preferred into the corresponding coffee filter with the spoon, then press the ground
coffee firmly with the spoon/presser, wipe off the excess ground coffee that overflows
the edge of the filter holder, to avoid damaging the sealing ring of the group head.
Note: if too much ground coffee is left on the edge of the filter, it is easy to cause a poor seal
and water leakage.
5. Position and rotate the filter holder assembly counterclockwise from position

and tighten it correctly.
6. Place the cup(s) under the coffee spout.
7. Touch the single or double coffee switch and the machine will start pumping water and
coffee will come out of the filter holder hole.
8. The machine stops operating at the end of the preset time and the indicators remain
fixed. Remove the cup of coffee.
