Function
The rear cover shields the dividing disc and dividing
knife.
The locking pin locks the dividing disc.
The tension of the V-belt can be adjusted using the
provided spanner.
The main switch turns the machine on and off.
The rounding plate, with a spread-out piece of dough
on it, is placed on the rounding table. After processing,
the rounding plate is removed and the dough has been
divided and rounded.

Function
The start buttons at the left and right give the general
start command. Both start buttons must be pressed
simultaneously.
The indicator light lights up after the start button on the
right is released. The machine is ready to round. The
indicator light also shows the status of the machine.
The pressing lever is used to start the rounding process.
This can also be done by pressing the start button on
the left.
