hose. Detach
nozzHe extension
from
spray gun
and remove
o:ring
and screen
from
nozzHe extension.
Rush
screen_ spray gun_ and nozzHe extension
with
dean
water
to dear
debris.

PHace inoHine fiker
screen
into
threaded
end of nozzHe
extension.
Direction
does not matter.
Push screen
in
with
eraser
end of pendH until
it rests fiat at bottom
of
opening.Take
care to not bend
screen.
3.
PHace o:ring
into
recess.
Push o:ring
snugHy against
inoHine fiHter screen.

to spray gun_ as described

Nozzle
Maintenance
A puHsing sensation
feHt whiHe squeezing
the spray gun
trigger
may be caused
by excessive
pump
pressure.The
principaH
cause of excessive
pump
pressure
is a spray tip
dogged
or restricted
with
foreign
materiaHs_ such as dirt_
etc.To
correct
the probHem, immediateHy
dean
the spray tip
foHHowing these
instructions:
I.
Shut off engine
and turn
off water
supply.
2.
Remove
spray tip from
end of nozzHe extension.
3.
Remove
inoHine fiHter from
other
end of nozzHe
extension.
4.
Use a small paper
dip to free any foreign
material
dogging
or restricting
spray tip (Figure
H 5).
5.
Using a garden hose_ remove additionaH debris by bacH<
flushing water through
nozzHe extension
(Figure H 6).
BacH< flush between 30 to 60 seconds.
6.
Reinstall[ spray tip and inoHine fiHter into
nozzHe
extension.
7.
Reconnect
nozzHe extension
to spray gun.
8.
Reconnect
water
supply,
turn
on water,
and start
engine.
9.
Test pressure
washer
by operating
with
each quick
connect
spray
tip.

the
pressure
washer.This
kit

repHacement
o-rings,
rubber
washer

to the
instruction
sheet
provided
in the
kit
to
service
your
unit's
o-rings.
WARNING
NEVER repair leaking connections
with sealant of any kind.
Replace o-ring or seal

oil

by contacting

Change
pump
oil as follows:

Drain
engine
oiH and fuel from
pressure
washer.
2.
Use a 8mm
aHHenwrench
to remove
bHack pump
oi[ cap
between
high
pressure
outlet
and garden
hose inHet
(Figure
H7).
