CONTROL PANEL
1.
Power key: Turn on or off the appliance
2.
Start/Pause key: Press this key, start working, press
this key again, work pauses.
3.
SET: Settings: before start press this key, you can
choose set time and temperature. Actual parameter
will flash on the display – indicates you can adjust it
by rotating knob.
4.
Rotating knob: in clockwise rotation value increase,
counterclockwise rotation value decrease
- time: in 30 min steps
-temperature: in 5°C steps
USE
1.
Place the dehydrator on a dry smooth surface
2.
Place food on the trays and load into the machine
Note: It is recommended to stack at least 3 working trays, whether you have food on them or not.
3.
Plug the power cord into a socket, you will hear the sound signal.
4.
Press the on/off button - the display will light up with default time and temperature
5.
You can set demand time and temperature:
- Press the button SET and rotate by knob to adjust the time: 1 hour – 24 hours
- Press the button SET again and rotate by knob to adjust the temperature: 35 – 75 °C

Finaly to press the button START/PAUSE and machine will work automatically according to the set
time and temperature.

Once the time is elapsed so on the display will flash symbol "END". Buzzer tone prompts the work
has been completed.
8.
Pull the plug off the power supply and remove the food after proper cooling.
Remarks:
Time and temperature can not be set during drying process. If you need to set, you need to press
"start / pause key" and then again button POWER to reset it. Next follow to set up according
information above.
After the work is finished, unplug the power plug, take out the food in time, do not keep the food in
the machine for a long time.
DRYING TIPS
Wash the food and pat it dry with a towel or paper towel.
Peeling the food prior to drying it does decrease the drying time, but it also results in the loss of
valuable vitamins and minerals.
Cut the food into pieces, slices or strips of approximately the same size and thickness. Remove
seeds, pits, etc. if necessary. Cut away any damaged or bruised areas.
Hard food (e.g. hard vegetables) and vegetables that may not be consumed raw are best if blanched
