8. Troubleshooting
If there is no sound:
•
Make sure that the power supply is connected to the amplifier (12) and the power is
turned on (2).
•
Make sure that the speaker is correctly connected to the speaker output (15).
•
Make sure that all the cables have been connected correctly:
o Dante input (13) or
o XLR input (14).
•
Make sure that you have the right audio input channel selected:
o Dante channel indicator (11) or
o XLR channel indicator (10).
•
Make sure that the amplifiers volume level is not at the minimum level.
•
Make sure that the media player is turned on and it is functioning properly.
o If the media player has its own volume control, make sure the volume level is
not at the minimum level.
