TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have problems with your dehumidifier, check the table below for possible
solutions.
Problem
The appliance
produces hot air.
The unit does not turn

NOTE:
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance yourself. Improper repairs can
cause injury to persons and property damage.
If there is a problem that is not listed or the solution did not work, please contact the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified personnel.
1. Information on servicing
Before working on flammable refrigerants, safety checks are necessary to minimise
ignition risk. The following precautions must be taken before repairing the refrigerating
system:
● To reduce the risk of flammable gas or vapour during work, a controlled procedure
must be followed.
● Ensure all maintenance staff and others working in the area are aware of the work
being carried out. Avoid working in confined spaces, section off the area around the
workspace and ensure conditions within the area are safe.
● To detect potentially flammable atmospheres, check the area with an appropriate
refrigerant detector (non-sparking and tightly sealed) before and during work.
● Have appropriate fire extinguishing equipment available if any hot work is being
conducted.
● Keep all possible ignition sources, including cigarette smoking, sufficiently far away
from the site of installation, repair, removal and disposal, as flammable refrigerant
could be released into the surrounding space. Before work, check the area around the
