Before start-up
ATTENTION:
Add a few drops of pneumatic tool oil to the air inlet connection before use. Add a few more drops after
every hour of continuous use.
1. Install the Chisel and pull vigorously to make sure it is firmly secured.
2. Install the ½" quick connector on the air inlet of the tool. To do this, apply thin nylon tape to the
threads of the connector, then thread the connector into the gun air inlet.
3. Connect the chisel hammer to a suitable compressor or compressed air supply. Use a compressed air
hose with a quick coupling for this purpose.
4. Make sure that the air regulating screw is adjusted so that the air can flow smoothly.
5. Hold the tool with both hands and place the chisel tip on the workpiece.
6. Press the trigger to start the tool.
7. Release the trigger to stop the tool.
8. If the tool requires more force to perform the task, verify that it is receiving sufficient unobstructed air
flow and pressure; increase the regulator pressure output to the maximum allowed by the tool, (6.3Bar).
