ATTENTION: Do not exceed this maximum pressure. If the tool is still not strong enough at maximum
pressure and with sufficient air flow, then the job to be done may require a tool with more capacity.
Chisel assembly and disassembly
ATTENTION:
Before mounting or removing the tip or chisel, make sure that the machine is disconnected from the
compressed air supply.
1. Before mounting or removing the tip
or chisel, make sure that the machine is
disconnected from the compressed air supply.
To remove or replace the chisel:
DANGER:
After use, the tip/chisel may be hot and there may be a risk of burns. Allow to cool and use appropriate
protection to prevent damage.
1. Disconnect the unit from the compressed air source.
2. Remove the spring/bracket from the air hammer.
3. Remove the tip/brush from the spring/retainer.
Speed regulation / air inlet
After using the tool
WARNING:
To avoid accidents, turn off the tool, disconnect the air supply, safely discharge any residual air pressure
in the tool. Wipe the external surfaces of the tool with a clean, dry cloth and apply a thin coat of tool oil.
2. Screw the retaining spring all the way into
the cylinder thread until it stops, so that the
chisel is seated.
To regulate the speed of the hammer, turn the knob on the air
regulator.
ATTENTION:
Excessive pressure on the tool will not increase the working speed,
but will damage the bit/chisel, decreasing performance and tool life.
Always clamp the tool in a vise or suitable device.
