Logs glow, but the flame effect
does not work.
The buttons are in the 'on'
position, but the heater does not
work.
The unit makes a lot of noise.
1. Ensure the mains switch is on.
2. Ensure the unit is plugged into a standard
220-240V outlet.
3. Replace the fuse in the plug.
Turn all buttons to the 'OFF' position and
unplug the unit for 10 minutes. After 10
minutes, plug the unit back in – it should
operate normally.
1. There may be a level of noise associated
with using this appliance. When the flame
effect is in use, the motor is used, which may
produce some noise that is noticeable when
there is no other background noise.
2. When the heater is in use, there may be a
higher level of noise associated with the
heater due to the airflow required for heat
production.
1. Ensure the temperature setting is greater
than the room temperature.
2. Press the heater several times, ensuring it
is in the 'ON' position.
1. Repeatedly pressing buttons in rapid
succession may cause the transmitter to
malfunction. Use the remote control at a slow
and measured pace. Press the remote control
buttons gently.
2. Check the batteries and replace them if
needed.
