MOUNTING USING ¾" PLUG IN THE BACK
1.
Remove the four screws attaching the lens diffuser to the fixture
and set the screws and lens aside.
2.
Remove the screws attaching the reflector to the housing and set
aside.
3.
Remove ¾" plug from back for wiring access.
4.
Fixture is best mounted by drilling holes in the four corners of the
housing. Holes should be drilled from the outside of the casting
through the centers of each of the (4) circular ribbed mounting
supports in the corners of the housing. Make sure metal chips are
cleaned from inside housing after drilling. Fixture is to be secured
to the mounting surface using mounting hardware (supplied
by others) appropriate for the mounting surface. A high grade
caulking material, such as silicone rubber, should be used around
all the holes to ensure a watertight enclosure.
NOTE: Fixture can also be pendant mounted by threading the
customer supplied pendant into the ¾" mounting hole on the top
of the fixture. If using center conduit hole for pendant the wireway
MUST be filled with a high grade of silicone supplied by customer
to prevent water from entering fixture through the pendant. In
addition, Teflon tape should be used on conduit threads.
5.
Route the incoming power and ground leads through the hole
located in the center of the back of the fixture and through the
opening on the side of the LED mounting pad.
6.
Complete the wiring to the incoming power and ground (refer to
"Fixture Wiring" section).
7.
Position the wattage selection switch on the inside of the housing
to the desired setting. See Figure 1.
NOTE: Factory setting is 100%.
8.
Replace the reflector and lens diffuser. Make sure no wires are
pinched when replacing parts. Gradually tighten lens screws in an
"X" pattern. Do not overtighten lens screws to prevent damage to
lens.
