Initial operation
1. Remove the battery compartment cover of
the weather station and the outdoor sensor.
2. Insert new AA batteries into the battery
compartments of the weather station and the
outdoor sensor. Pay attention to the correct
polar orientation of the batteries as shown in
the compartments when inserting.
NOTE: Replace the batteries in the weather
station if the display of the weather station
becomes faint.
If the symbol
charge capacity of the batteries in the outdoor
sensor is depleted. Thus, replace the batteries
in the outdoor sensor.

3. Only fit the battery cover of the weather
station back on to begin with.
4. After inserting the batteries, light up all
display elements.
5. First, press the RESET button of the weather
station (Fig. 1, 9) and then the RESET button of
the outdoor sensor (Fig. 2/3, 13/18).
6. The radio signal of the outdoor sensor is
automatically transmitted within 8 seconds for
the channel test.
7. After completion of the channel test (it lasts
about 5 minutes), the weather station now
automatically receives the radio signal of the
outdoor sensor and displays the current data.
8. By means of radio transmission, the current
time and date are automatically synced using
the time signals for Germany (DCF77) or the UK
(MSF).
9. Now fit the battery cover of the outdoor
sensor back on.
10. In order to change the clock display to the
12-hour format or 24-hour format, please read
the „Manually setting the time and date" section.
