CLEANING AND CARE
•
Make sure the device is unplugged from the power supply before cleaning.
Unplug the mains plug from the socket, as well as the plug of the kettle motor
in the main unit.
•
Use a slightly damp, soft sponge, rag, or cloth to wipe the inside and outside
of the main unit. Then dry the device with a soft cloth.
•
Unplug the kettle motor in the main unit and detach the kettle from the
brackets.
•
Remove the kettle from the main unit and fill it 2/3 full with hot soapy water.
•
Let the kettle sit for 15-20 minutes to remove fat deposits. (The soaking time
may vary depending on the degree of soiling.)
•
Pour the water out of the kettle. If necessary, clean the inside of the kettle
with the abrasive side of a cleaning sponge.
•
Rinse the inside of the kettle thoroughly with clean water and dry it.
•
Wipe the outside of the kettle with a damp cloth and then dry it off.
Note: To prevent the kettle motor plug from getting wet, the device must never
be immersed in water or other liquids. All parts of the device must be cleaned
by hand. Do not use a dishwasher for cleaning.
