Enjoy your fresh popcorn in many ways:
Regular cinema-style popcorn: Add butter and salt.
Sweet popcorn flavour: Add a pinch of sugar and salt to the popcorn.
Flavoured popcorn: Add seasonings from any Gourmet Popcorn Seasoning Kit.
Also try the following recipe ideas:
Parmesan popcorn
16 cups of popcorn
1 teaspoon garlic
powder
3 green onions, finely
chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground
pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup Parmesan cheese,
grated (more or less
depending on taste)
3 tablespoons olive oil,
heated
Classic popcorn balls
1/2 cup popcorn
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup granulated
sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick of butter, melted
Prepare the popcorn in your popcorn
machine as described above.
Mix together the garlic powder, scallions,
pepper, sea salt, and Parmesan cheese and
set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, drizzle hot olive oil
over the popcorn. Swirl everything well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, stirring
constantly until the popcorn is well coated.
Alternatively, you can spread the dry
ingredients over the popcorn in a large
paper or muslin bag.
Prepare the popcorn in your popcorn
machine as described above.
Combine the corn syrup, sugar, and salt
in a saucepan and melt the mixture over
medium-high heat, about 3 minutes.
Put the popcorn in the pot. Keep stirring and
tossing the popcorn throughout. Take the
pot off the stove.
While the popcorn mixture is still warm, use
the melted butter to form individual balls
out of it.
Wrap each popcorn ball in cling film, seal
and store at room temperature.
