PLEASE NOTE

The timer can be set as follows:
From 00:05-01:00 in 5-second increments
From 01:00-05:00 in 10-second increments
From 05:00-10:00 in 30-second increments
From 10:00-30:00 in 1-minute increments
From 30:00-95:00 in 5-minute increments
5.7 Turning the button tones on/off
You can turn the button tones on/off on the appliance. The beeps at the end of cooking
are not aff ected. The appliance must be in standby mode for this setting.
Turn o the button sound: Press the „Time/Sound" button for about three seconds. The
button sounds are now switched off .
Turn on the button sound: Press the „Time/Sound" button again for approx. three se-
conds. The button sounds are now switched on again.
5.8 Child lock / button lock
Use the child lock to prevent unsupervised operation of the appliance by, for example,
children. To do this, the appliance must be in standby mode.
Activate the child lock / button lock:
Press the „Stop/Lock" button for approx. three seconds. A signal tone sounds and the
display shows
Deactivating the child lock / button lock:
Press the „Stop/Lock" button again for approx. three seconds. A signal tone sounds and
the display goes out.
6 Operation and Handing
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:
WARNING

Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation, so that you can inter-
vene quickly in the event of dangers.

Do not operate the appliance when it is empty. The appliance may be damaged.
