CONNECTION ELECTRICA
WARNING: Incorrect use of the earth connection may result in a risk of electric shock. If the
mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician or an authorised service
centre.
All electrical work must be carried out by a qualified professional in accordance with local and
national safety regulations.
Check that the voltage indicated on the product corresponds to the supply voltage of your
installation.
Connect the device separately to a mains socket that can withstand 13A.
The connection must be made via a suitable, easily accessible socket outlet. For safety reasons
it is advisable to install a residual current device (RCD) with a tripping current of 30 mA.
Have the appliance and circuit checked by a qualified electrician to ensure that the outlet is
properly grounded.
Note: In places where there is frequent lightning, it is advisable to use surge protectors.
Do not connect the appliance to the mains with an extension / long cable. Extension cables do
not guarantee the necessary safety of the appliance (e.g. danger of overheating).
The device must not be connected to an inverter and must not be used with a plug adapter as
these may cause damage to the electronic unit.
The cable must be secure behind the appliance and prevent it from becoming entangled or
dangling unprotected.
WARNING: THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED.
