Here are a few simple recipes to try out with your CRÊPE MAKER
BASIC CRÊPE BATTER

4 large eggs
•
1-1/2 cups milk,
more as needed
•
1-1/2 cups all-
purpose flour
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
2-3 tablespoons
butter, for crêpe

CREAMY CRÊPE FILLING
•
1- 8 ounce package
of cream cheese at
room temperature
•
2-3 cups powdered
sugar
•
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
•
1 small tub cool whip,
at room temperature
Top crêpes with a variety food toppings such as:

Fruits and Berries
•
Syrups and honey
•
Nuts
•
Eggs, ham, cheese, and chives (savory)

Combine eggs and milk in a bowl, add the
flour and salt whisk until smooth.
Let batter rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
Melt butter and use a pastry brush to put
a coating on the cooking surface
Spread batter on cooking surface and cook
until both sides are just golden brown.
Continue process until batter is gone.
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar,
and vanilla well using a hand mixer
Fold cool whip into the filling mixture until blended
refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
