As the crêpe widens, bring the Spatula closer to the edge of the Cooking
Plate while spinning until the crêpe is a thin, even circle.

Allow the crêpe to cook until the surface is no longer liquid and it can be
moved slightly. Using the spatula, lift and flip the crêpe completely over.

Continue to cook until the underside is browned slightly and easily lifted. Remove
crêpe and position on a wire rack and allow to cool before stacking on a plate.

Adjust the temperature as required after the first crêpe is
done to obtain best results on further crêpes.

Repeat steps 1 - 6 as needed, stacking the crêpes layered between
sheets of baking paper and place in oven to keep warm.
8.
Once finished, turn the Temperature Dial to the minimum,
unplug, and allow to cool before cleaning.

SMOKING
During first use, you may notice slight smoking or a slight odor; this is normal with most
new appliances. Allow the appliance to preheat until smoke and odor no longer exists.

The cooking plate is coated in a non-stick cooking surface so little
cleaning is needed, simply wipe the plate with a damp cloth.

NEVER immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

Store in a dry cool place away from direct heat or sunlight.
•
NEVER use an abrasive sponge, cloth or scouring pad on this
unit as it will damage the stainless steel construction.
