NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA DOUGH
1 hour 30 min�
INGREDIENTS
• 4 cups of bread flour
• 1 and 1�2 cups of warm water
• 1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast
• 3 teaspoons of honey

Add water, flour, yeast, honey together in a large bowl� (don't
