WARNING
DO NOT BLOCK VENT OPENINGS!
1. To install the handle, loosen the handle grip until the
ring is large enough to slide over the rear of the tool
body. Be sure to slide the ring past the locating ribs
on the housing to keep it from blocking the vents.
Rotate the handle to the desired position and tighten
the handle by turning clockwise until it is secure.
2. To remove the handle, loosen the handle grip by
turning counterclockwise until the ring is large
enough to slide off the tool.

Drilling in Concrete
Rotate the APPLICATION SELECTOR RING (Figure 7)
until the hammer symbol aligns with the arrow. For
concrete/masonry drilling, use only high speed carbide-
tipped bits rated for masonry use. Pull the bit out
frequently to remove excessive dust that can cause
binding.
