USE OF THE DOUBLE LANCE (fig.14) (if avai-
lable)
The double lance allows the operator to select a low
or high pressure jet. The pressure is selected with
the gun in pos. 1. High pressure: pos. 2. Low pres-
sure.
REGULATING PRESSURE
This chapter concerns only those models provided
with the "pressure regulating" device. The pressure
regulator, fig. 15, allows the operator to adjust the
working pressure. When knob C is turned in an an-
ti-clockwise direction (B) (minimum), the working
pressure is reduced.
USING COLD WATER
It is suitable for removing light dirt or for rinsing ope-
rations on garden tools, walls, balconies, hard floors
in general,etc.
Adjust water pressure according to your needs.
USING "ECO" MODE
In the "ECO" mode, the pressure washer uses tem-
perature up to 60°C, which offers an efficient use of
resources with a positive impact on the environment.
USING HOT WATER AND VAPOUR (if available)
For a correct use of the Hot Water and Vapour Mode
(if available), it's advisable to use the following tem-
peratures:
- Light dirt: 30 - 50 °C:
- Proteic dirt, e.g., in the food sector: 60 °C Max
- Cleaning Automobile or Machine Tools: 60 - 90 °C
- Debinding, Persistent greasy dirt: 100 - 110°C
- Facade cleaning, Sanitization of surfaces: up to
140 °C
With working temperature more than 95°C (203°F),
the pressure that indicates on the manometer must
be < a 3,2 MPa (32 Bar) (460 PSI).
Danger
During use with boiling water, "Steam Phase",
keep away from the openings for fumes dischar-
ge (risk of burning).
When you have finished using the "Hot Water or
Steam Phase", turn the thermostat knob "B" to
position '0' (fig.11), allow the appliance to cool
down for approx. 3 minutes with the gun open.
