CAUTION
Opening the toggle clamp latches and lifting the lid:
1. Position the lock eyes perpendicular to the container wall.
2. To attach the lid:
M-Plus Box: use the handles on the lid.
XXL-Plus Box: use a suitable industrial truck on the access openings on
the lid.
3. The lid can now be attached in the centre of the transport container.
4. The locking bolt of the toggle clamp latch must be moved down while
the locking lever is simultaneously moved up.
5. The lock eye must now be placed on the hook.
6. Without a load, the locking lever must be positioned at an angle of
approximately 45° to the container wall. If necessary, the clamping
distance of the toggle clamp latch must be adjusted (see Chapter 4.2).
7. Steps 4 to 6 must be repeated for all toggle clamp latches.
8. The locking levers can now be pushed down until the locking bolt
engages automatically.
Risk of injury due to lifted lid!
Pay attention to your surroundings when the lid of the
transport box is lifted, replaced, or moved to a
different location! The edges and the weight of the
lid may cause injuries in moments of inattention!
