Languages
To chat and send messages in more than one language, you can configure multiple
languages so that your keyboard adapts and corrects the language currently in use.
In Settings
> System
you can choose the language(s) you want to add to your phone.
When writing a message, just press the space bar and select the language of your choice.

Using your STELLAR-X5 in the rain or underwater
Touch-lock function: For use in the rain or underwater
To avoid your screen reacting to raindrops, you can enable the touch screen lock
function, which locks your screen on the menu or app currently in use. From any screen
on your phone, access the Quick Settings window by swiping downwards on your screen.
Swipe downwards on your screen again to view all settings available, then swipe twice
from right to left. Next, enable touch screen locking.
To disable this mode, double-press the phone's power button.
Touch-lock function: For taking photos/videos underwater
To take photos/videos underwater, you'll need to enable the touch-lock
feature, which locks your touch screen. To do this, in photo or video mode,
tap on the water droplet icon found in the upper-right corner of your screen.
You can then press the volume button or one of the two programmable
buttons to take photos or start/stop a video.
To disable this function, simply tap three times on the phone's power button.
After immersion in water
After immersion in sea water or chlorinated water, rinse your phone with fresh water.
Thoroughly dry the caps and connectors.
The speaker and microphone holes may be blocked with water. Wait a few minutes
before making a call to get back to optimal functionality.
You can also use the "Speaker cleaning" feature. The latter allows you to use the sounding
of an audio signal (do not hold the smartphone close to your ears when activating this
feature) to expel any water lodged in the phone's speakers.
To enable it, access the quick set-up window by swiping down on your screen. Swipe
your screen downwards to view all of the settings available. Then, enable the feature.
