With the help of another person, remove the griddle body

from the packaging and lay it on its back on a smooth, flat surface.
Unfold the legs. ❶ ❶ Use two (2) small thumbscrews to install the
fixed wheels to the right leg assembly. ❷ ❷ Be sure that the casters
are locked and install them to the left leg assembly.

Place the bottom shelf between the legs. ❶ ❶ Use one

(1) large thumbscrew to attach the bottom shelf to the right leg
assembly.
❷ ❷ Use one (1) medium thumbscrew to attach the propane tank
support to the left leg assembly and secure the bottom shelf.
