With the help of another person, align the griddle top leg

pins with the corresponding holes of the griddle body and set in
place. Be sure that all pins are inserted. (Hang hard cover on back
of griddle top when in use, and place hard cover on the griddle top
when not in use.)

or if it begins to rain.
Grease build-up on the Flame Tamper can catch fire when
heated.
To prevent damage to the unit and/or injury, clean the top of
