Hang the grease cup in the slot on the back of the

griddle body.
Hook the right side shelf's pre-installed M8 step bolts onto

the shelf brackets on the right side of the griddle.
Secure the shelf with two (2) M8 step bolts in the bottom holes of the
shelf brackets.
Repeat this step with the left side shelf.

Thread the four (4) side shelf pegs and four (4) peg washers
STEP 10
into the precut holes on the right side shelf.
Repeat this step with the left side shelf.
Use the four (4) M4x10 screws inside the handles to attach
STEP 12
two (2) hard cover handles and two (2) hooks to the hard cover.
