The larius 2 pump is a double diahragm pneumatic pump to
be used for transfer of low and medium viscosity fluids.
It is essentially composed of two chambers which are placed
on suctio and on delivery alternatively thanks to the action of

Check that packing, is undamaged on
receiptof the equipment. unpack the
machine and verify if there has been any
damage during transportation. the pa-
cking contains the instruction manual

never exceed the maximum working pressure indi-
cated.
•
never point the casting of the outlet product at yor-
selves or other people.
•
Always release the pressure in the circuit before
performing any check or parts replacement of the
equipment.
•
Never modify any part in the equipment. Check regularly
the system components. Replace the parts damaged
or worn.
•
Tighten and check all the fittings for connection betwe-
en pump, suction and delivery hose before using the
equipment.
lARIUs 2 - transfer
two membranes in teflon connected to a shaft in reciprocating
traverse motion. The reciprocating motion is obtained through
a proper compressed air driver reversal device (pilot valve).

you are working creates a potential risk of accidents.

The high speed of travel of the product
in the hose can create statical electricity
through discharges and sparks. The
earth connection of the pump and of all
the plant components suggested.
