• Feed air not sufficient
• Outlet product line clogged
• Inlet product line clogged
• Membrane broken
• Pilot valve blocked
• There is no product
• The pump sucks air
• The balls do not "shut off" perfecity
• The feed air is not sufficient
• Defective pilot valve

• Check the air supply line. Widen
the diameter of the feed hose.
• Clean Disconnect the product
outlet hose, feed the pump at
minimum pressure and check it
the pump starts wihout the outlet
hose.
• Check the hose and the possible
suction filer. Cean.
• Replace the mambrane
• Press the reset push buttons pla-
ced on the sider of the valve.
• Add the product
• Check the suction hose
• Disassembly and clean and/or
replace th balls and their seats.
• Check the air supply line. Widen
the diameter of the feed hose.
Verify if the parts of the air feed
circuit guarantee a sfficient de-
livery (the snap couplings cause
pressure drops)
• Replace the pilot valve
• Refer to the exploded view, according to the model,
for the correct disassembly and reassembling of the
parts of the pump
• When reassembling the guide rod (pos. 34 of the
exploded view) make sure the pin (pos. 32) which
separates the two pilot pads (pos. 30) is perpendicular
to the hole "E" of the pump body (see picture below).
