FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION
Rev 2.2
PROGRAMMING OF THE PULSE FUNCTIONING
1 / n functioning: When the pump receives n pulses from an external watermeter, it
makes 1 injection. For every pulse received from watermeter, the display decreases the value
of n on the second row. When this number comes at 0 the pump makes 1 injection.
1 x n functioning: For each impulse received from the watermeter the pump makes n
injections at the dosing frequency programmed in Manual mode. The display shows the value
of n programmed. When the pump receives 1 impulse from watermeter, it starts dosing and
the display decreases n for every injection. When the value of n on the display comes at 0
then the display writes the programmed value of n and the pump waits for a new impulse from
watermeter.
1 x n(M) functioning: this is the 1xn functioning plus memory function. During the dosing
the pump memorizes the impulses received from the watermeter, and it makes the injections
related to these impulses in immediate succession of the ones in progress. The frequency to
which the injections are done depends on the temporal distance among the last 2 impulses
from watermeter. Shorter is the time between impulses higher is the injection frequence (the
maximum frequency is the one programmed in Manual mode). The display shows the
number n of injections that the pump has to dose.
PROGRAMMING OF THE ppM FUNCTIONING
The pump receives the pulses from the water-meter and automatically calculates the
dosage to be performed according to the value of the programmed ppM, the concentration
of the product, liters of water that pass for each pulse trough the water-meter and quantity
of product dosed for each injection of the pump. All these parameters are set during
programming, as in the following section.
PROGRAMMING
Push and quickly release CAL button and scroll the
menu using + and – buttons till the display shows
"Function Type". Push CAL to enter the submenu and
then by pressing + and – button choice " Function
Pulse" and confirm pressing CAL. Push + and – button
to choice the Type of functioning (1/n, 1xn,1xn(M),ppM
), then confirm pressing CAL.
Programming 1/n, 1xn, 1xn(M):
Modify using + and - the value of n written on the display
and then confirm pressing CAL. Push ESC button to esc
the menu and go back in measure with the Pulse
functioning just programmed.
