• Place the food to be fried in the basket (4-6) adjusting, by means of pressure, the filter height of the basket
(5-7) depending on the quantity or size. This must be done with the basket out of the tank, and the food must
not exceed the three-quarter parts of the volume of the basket.
• Put the basket with the food in the main body (1), as long as it is not entered, the control panel will show OPEN.
• Press the on/off button (a) to start cooking and the icons will stay on. When the programmed time is over, you
will hear 5 acoustic signals and OFF will appear.
• If you keep pressing the on/off button (a) for a few seconds, the air fryer will turn off completely. You can use
this option at any time if you want to stop cooking.
• This appliance has a memory function that if you disconnect the fryer, it will memorize the last selected
program for 1 hour.
• When you have finished frying unplug the fryer from the mains.
• The fryer has a safety device that automatically disconnects it if the basket is removed during operation, if
this happens, re-insert the basket to its position and return to its functioning.
• This fryer has a program synchronization function with different cooking times so that they finish at the
same time. To do this, select the desired program for basket 1 and then the desired program for basket 2.
As they have different times, the synchronization icon (f) will flash, pressing it will make it stay on. We will
start cooking by pressing the on/off button (a) and the basket with the longest time will begin to cook while
the other appears HOLD, which means that it will remain on hold until the times are equal and it begins to
cook to finish at time. If while the two baskets are working at the same time, one of them is opened, both will
stop automatically.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning it, ensure the fryer is unplugged from the mains.
• The basket and the basket filter may be cleaned with soap and water, taking care to rinse and dry them
carefully afterwards.
• The main body may be cleaned with a damp cloth. Never immerse in water.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers, which may deteriorate the surfaces of
the appliance.
