ASSEMBLY
ATTENTION: This product requires assembly before use. Due to the weight and / or size of the
log splitter, it is recommended that another adult be present to assist with the assembly. Inspect
all components closely upon receipt to make sure that no components are missing or damaged.
ATTENTION: Please read and follow all instructions for assembly and operation. Failure to properly
assemble this equipment could result in serious injury to the user or bystanders, or cause damage to
the equipment.
ATTENTION:
•
The engine is shipped without oil: before starting the engine, put SAE 10W-30 engine oil.
•
The hydraulic oil tank is shipped without oil: when adding oil, check the oil level using the
oil filter/dip stick on the top of the hydraulic oil tank if marking is not shown fill to the L line.
Place the shipping box on a solid flat surface and carefully remove the lid. This operation must be carried out by two
people. Take all parts out from the shipping box and inspect the components to make sure there are no missing pieces
before starting to assemble the log splitter. Once you have verified that all components are present and that they are
in perfect condition, follow steps 1 to 11.

STEP 1: MONTAJE DE LA TAPA DEL CILINDRO
1.
Take off the cylinder cover (nº21) from beam (nº1),then put the cylinder cover (nº21) between cylinder
(nº72) and wedge (nº2).
2.
Put the cylinder (nº72) back to the beam, screw with flat washer Ø8 (nº23), lock washer Ø8 (nº22) and hex
bolt M8x20 (nº18).
