Using the hand mixer
1. Connect the hand mixer to the power supply.
2. Hold the handle, and then turn on the hand mixer by sliding the control switch (2) to
speed 1.
3. Start mixing the ingredients at the required speed level. Gradually adjust the speed
level to avoid splashing.
-Use the beaters for beating or aerating light dough, battering egg whites and
whipping cream.
-Use the dough hooks for mixing heavy dough such as bread or fruit cake.
-Only use the hand mixer for mixing ingredients. Do not use it for kneading dough,
as this may overload and damage the motor.
4. After running the hand mixer continuously for 5 minutes, let it cool down for at
least 5 minutes before continuing.
5. If the mixture contains too many ingredients, add some water or milk to make it
easier to mix.
6. Slide the control switch to "0" to stop the hand mixer.
7. Shake off the excess mixture into the mixing bowl.
Removing the beaters and dough hooks
1. Switch off the hand mixer, and then unplug it from the power supply.
2. Shake off any excess mixture into the mixing bowl.
3. Hold the beaters (1) or dough hooks (3) when pressing the Eject button (2). This
prevents the accessories from falling out from the drive heads.
4. Clean the appliance and accessories thoroughly and place them back onto the
storage stand (9) for easy storage.
CLEANING AND CARE
CAUTION: Always switch off and unplug the appliance from the wall socket before
cleaning.
• Wipe the outside of the appliance with a soft damp cloth.
• Wash the beaters and dough hooks in hot and soapy water.
• Do not allow anything to enter the air vents.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Never use solvents, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents, wire brushes, sharp
objects or scouring pads to clean the product.
