The Griddle Plate complements your Fire
Bowl or Barrel and turns your fi replace into
a full-fl edged cooking and grilling station. The
di erent temperature zones of the Griddle
Plate and the even heat contribution allow
for optimum cooking experiences. The patina
that forms on the griddle plate a ter suc-
cessful seasoning process and further regular
provides for the special plancha fl avour. With
the cooking support you can use the heat
for cooking with pots or kettles. The circular
support also prevents food from falling into
the fi re.
You can also complement your Griddle Plate
with the practical, separately available Grill
Insert for Feuerhand Griddle Plate. The mini
grilling grate fi ts perfectly into the opening
or in the cooking attachment and ensures
dishes with appealing grill stripes and the full
grill aroma, while meat and vegetables are
prepared safely on the Griddle Plate.
