Making kibbe
1. Insert the auger into the head by turning the auger slightly until it is properly set.
Attach the kibbe cone onto the auger shaft, fitting its protrusions on both sides in the slots of the head.
Put on the kibbe shaper.
Put on the fixing ring; screw firmly. Do not over tighten.
2. Assemble the head onto the machine. Press the release button with one hand; hold and insert the head
into the machine with the other hand, turning it anti-clockwise until it cannot move any further; release
the button. The head now is fixed onto the machine.
Note: Never assemble the grinding blade and the grinding plate when use for making kibbe, and do not
assemble the kibbe attachments when mincing meat.
Caution: Make sure the appliance is unplugged when assembling.
3. Attach the funnel onto the head and fix it into position.
4. Place a clean container under the machine to hold the kibbe cover coming from the appliance.
5. Ensure the ON/OFF/Reverse switch is set at position "O" (OFF), and then plug in the appliance.
6. Press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position "ON".
7. Feed your prepared kibbe mixture into the funnel. Use the pressing rod only. Cut the hollow cylinder into
the desired length to make the cylindrical cover. Stuff with a minced meat mixture, form kibbe as
illustrated below and deep fry.
Important: The max. operation time per cycle shall not exceed 7 minutes and minimum of 30 minutes rest
time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles.
8. After use, press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to position "O" (OFF) and then unplug the appliance.
Detach the head from the machine. Press the release button with one hand; turn the head clockwise and
remove it from the appliance with the other hand; release the button.
