MAINTENANCE
Warning: Before cleaning or maintaining the pro-
duct, be sure to remove the power plug of the elec-
tric treadmill.
Cleaning: Full cleaning will extend the life of electric
treadmills. The surface of the running belt should be
scrubbed with a soapy wet cloth. Please be careful not
to splash water on the electrical components and under
the running belt.
Warning: Be sure to unplug the power supply of
the electric treadmill before moving the front cover.
Clean the motor at least once a year before opening
the shield.
Lubrication oil has been injected between the running
board and the running belt of the electric treadmill. It is
necessary to apply lubricant regularly. We recommend
regular inspection. If anything damaged, please contact
our customer service center.
1. In order to better maintain your electric treadmill
and extend its life, it is recommended that you turn
off the power supply after 2 hours of continuous
use and let the machine rest for 10 minutes before
using.
2. If the running belt is too loose, there will be slippage
when running; if too tight, it may reduce the motor
performance and worn the drum and running belt.
3. When the running belt is tight and suitable, you can
lift both sides of the running belt from the running
board by hand for about 50-75 mm.
Adjustment of neutralization and tightness of running
belt: In order to use the treadmill better and make the
running function better, you need to adjust the running
belt to the best state.
Running belt alignment: Place the electric treadmill on
a flat floor. Make the treadmill run at a speed of about
6-8 km/h.
If the running belt is biased to the right, rotate the right
adjustment bolt 1/2 circle clockwise, and then rotate the
left adjustment bolt 1/2 circle counterclockwise. As pho-
to A below.
If the running belt is biased to the left, rotate the left
adjustment bolt 1/2 times clockwise, and then rotate
the right adjustment bolt 1/2 times counterclockwise. As
photo B below.
