INSTRUCTION MANUAL
PRODUCT'S PRESENTATION
The treadmill is suitable to be placed indoors. This pro-
duct is designed for doing exercise at home in an easy
and safe way.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instruc-
tions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or
serious injury.
• The treadmill is suitable to be placed indoors to
avoid dampness. Don't splash water onto the tre-
admill.
• Don't put any other product on the treadmill.
• The two sides and front end of the treadmill should
have 1 meter and the back end should have 2 me-
ters x 1 meter safe use space for emergency jump.
(Emergency Jump: Hold the handrail in both hands
and lift up your body, while stepping on the sidebar
and jumping off the treadmill from one side).
• The power cord must be grounded reliably, tre-
admill should have professional socket for safety,
don't share an outlet with other electric equipment
in case of excessive current.
• If you do not use it for a long time, please store the
silicone oil bottle out of children reach. If you acci-
dentally eat or enter the eyes, please rinse it with
clean water and see a doctor in time.
• This product is not suitable for children to use.
• Should avoid overload operation for a long time,
otherwise it will cause motor and controller dama-
ge, accelerate the wear and aging of bearings, run-
ning belts and running boards, please maintain the
treadmill regularly.
• Turn off the power supply of the treadmill and
unplug the power plug after exercise.
• When exercising, please clamp the safety lock ca-
ble clip on your clothes to prevent safe shutdown in
case of emergency.
• Keep indoor air circulation while using treadmill.
• If your body feels uncomfortable during use, please
stop exercising and consult your doctor.
• Put silicon oil to a safety place where child or kids
cannot get to avoid serious result of swallow by
kids.
• Check if the cloth zippered or buttoned properly be-
fore use the treadmill, don't wear too loose clothing
to use it.
• Don't wear clothes that can easily be hooked by
treadmill.
• Don't close the power to hot or moving objects.
• Non-professional personnel may not disassemble
the treadmill without authorization, otherwise se-
rious consequence may occur.
• This treadmill is only used in 20 ampere circuit.
• Only one person is allowed to move on the treadmi-
ll when the machine starts.
• This treadmill should not be used for a long time.
It is recommended to use the treadmill after half
an hour interval. Long-time use may cause hidden
overheating of the treadmill and lead to electrical
failure.
• Do not use in case of plastic cover cracking, rup-
ture and shedding (internal structure exposed) or
weld cracking. Otherwise, accidents or injuries may
occur.
• Don't jump up or down on the treadmill during exer-
cise. - May be injured as a result of fells.
• Do not use and keep the treadmill outside or near
the bathroom and humid places.
• Do not use or keep the treadmill on heating
appliances such as direct sunlight, high tempera-
ture places around stoves and electric carpets. It
may lead to leakage of electricity and fire.
• Do not use when power cord or plug is damaged
or socket is loose. Otherwise, it will lead to electric
shock, short circuit and fire.
• Do not damage or force bending or twisting the
power cord. Don't put heavy objects on it at the
same time. Otherwise, it will lead to fire or electric
shock.
• Don't use it if you can't express your conscious-
ness or you can't operate it yourself. Avoid contact
with water- it may lead to electric shock and fire.
• Don't use it when you feel sluggish after drinking.
• Do not use it with hard objects in the pockets of
trousers.
• Do not use needles, garbage or water on power
plugs. It may lead to electric shock or short circuit
or fire. Do not use wet hands!
• When out of service, please pull out the power plug
from the socket and let the machine completely dis-
connect the power supply.
• Please put the product on a smooth, clean and flat
ground to ensure that there are no sharp objects
nearby and not in the vicinity of water and heat
sources.
ASSEMBLY
Please put in the bolts or nuts firstly and don' t lock ti-
ghtly. Screw up bolts and screws after whole treadmill
is assembled tightly.
Step 1 (Shown as following diagram)
Open carton box and take out all accessories and tools
pack in the box. If any parts missing, please contact the
salesperson. Place the machine flat on the ground, cut
the tie on the chassis, and then rotate the left and right
pillars and the panel up according to the graphics. (Note
that more than 2 people are required to install body pro-
ducts.)
