cannot be found in the installation

What To Do
Check interface cable connections at
PC and XG.
Exit the software, right-click the
desktop shortcut, and select "Run As
Administrator" or select "Troubleshoot
Compatibility" and follow the wizard.
Uninstall the software, and then
reinstall the latest version.
Check interface cable connections at
PC and XG.
Configure the COM Port following the
steps listed in the Configure the Data
Interface Cable and COM Port
section of this manual.
Select a valid data file for import.
