If the hob surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid
possible electric shock.
If the hob can no longer be switched off due to a defect, immediately

switch off the household fuse and call After Sales Service.
Only use hob safety grilles or hob covers from the hob manufacturer

or the hob safety grilles or hob covers approved by the manufacturer
in the instruction manual of the appliance. The use of unsuitable hob
safety grilles or hob covers can lead to accidents.
The appliance is not intended for operation with an external timer or a

separate remote control system.
Do not work inside the appliance. If necessary, call the After Sales
•
Service.
Hot surface! Risk of burns and fire hazard
Fire hazard: Never store anything on the hob surface.
•
Unattended cooking on hobs with fat or oil can be dangerous and
•
lead to fires. NEVER attempt to extinguish a fire with water but
switch the appliance off and then carefully cover the flames with a
cover or fire blanket.
•
The cooking zones and the surrounding area get very hot. Never
touch hot surfaces.
Switch off the energy before removing the pots.
•
•
When you have finished cooking, switch off the appliance.
Keep children under 8 years of age, very vulnerable persons and pets
•
away from the hob.
