POSSIBLE CAUSE
Humidifier is working in CONTINU-
OUS MODE.
The humidity target is too high.
Room is not well-ventilated.
Excess water tank has spilled while
filling the water tank or replacing
the water tank back onto the base.
The room temperature is too low.
Programmed timer period has run
out.
The water shortage indicator is on.
The target humidity level is reached.
Room is larger than the effective
range of the humidifier.
Moisture has built up inside of the
humidity sensor.
The nozzle is facing the direction of
the humidity sensor.
Humidity sensor is broken or defec-
tive.
Hands are too wet when operating
control panel.
Humidifier has malfunctioned.
Water being used has a high mineral
content.
Humidifier was not properly cleaned
after last use.
Water tank is not positioned cor-
rectly.
There are apertures between the
nozzle and water tank.
The humidifier is in warm-up phase.
The mist is too fine to feel the
warmth.
The room temperature is too cold
and the mist may cool down too
quickly.
SUGGESTED SOLUTION
Change the mode.
Select a lower %RH target.
Open a window to ensure proper air
flow for your humidifier, or move the
humidifier to a more well-ventilated
room.
Wipe off excess water from the top
and bottom of the base before replac-
ing the water tank.
Heat the room up.
Turn humidifier on.
Refill water tank.
Move the humidifier to a room which is
with suitable room size.
Turn off the humidifier and allow the
humidity sensor to completely air dry
before resuming use.
Turn the nozzle so that it is facing away
from the humidity sensor.
Contact Customer Support.
Keep hands dry while operating the
control panel.
Contact Customer Support.
Use distilled water with the humidifier.
If distilled water is not available, use
purified or filtered water. Remember to
clean water tank at least once a week.
Clean humidifier.
Turn off and unplug the humidifier,
then align the water tank cover with its
respective opening in the inner cham-
ber.
Reposition the cover and check if the
nozzle is well plugged in the cover.
Wait a few minutes till the end of the
phase.
Increase the speed level.
Increase the speed level and heat the
room up.
