Inserting the base plate
Carefully insert the ceramic plate supplied into
the furnace chamber with the smooth side up.
OPeratIOn/hanDlIng
After connection to the mains power, the network
control switch ! will glow continuously.
Only after the control switch has been activated
is the Ceramill Therm connected to the current
control circuit; in doing so, the controller auto-
matically conducts a lamp test (lamp test see
general instructions).

locations for sintering Ceramill ZI frameworks
of different indications as well as a freely pro-
grammable programme location for sintering
dental oxide ceramics of other manufacturers
(follow the instructions of the manufacturer!).

period for ceramill ZI.

Sintering programme with hold stage at 900 °C
and defined cooling rate. Especially for large
and massive frameworks, where the connected
residual blank is sintered together with the
framework.
