- Do not use the seat pad near naked flames or other sources
of heat such as strong sunlight.
- Check the seat pad regularly for wear and tear. If such signs
are present, or the seat pad has been improperly used or is
no longer functioning, do not use it any more. Return the seat
pad to the dealer.
4.1 Fitting the seat pad
Incorrect mounting of the seat pad can lead to injuries.
- Fasten the seat pad and connecting cables so that the driver's freedom of movement is not
restricted.
1. Place the seat pad

on the car seat.
2. Make sure that the seat pad does not cover or obstruct an airbag.
3. Fasten the seat pad with the fastening straps
4. Fix the seat pad in position by anchoring the tensioning straps to the seat body using the
fastening hooks
.

5. Ensure that the connection cable is not pinched anywhere.
4.2 Operating the seat pad
Only use the seat pad when the engine is running, in order to avoid running down the car
battery.
1. Plug the 12V plug

into the 12V power supply socket.
2. Turn the rotary switch

from OFF to ON and select the desired level of ventilation. The
operating LED illuminates (see fig. B).
3. To switch off the seat pad, turn the rotary switch.
4. Unplug the 12V plug from the 12V power supply socket.
5. Cleaning
Water entering the seat pad may cause a short circuit.
- Never immerse the seat pad in water.
- Make sure that no water enters the seat pad.
Improper handling of the seat pad can lead to damage.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles, and sharp or metallic cleaning items such as kni-
ves, hard spatulas or similar. These can damage the surfaces.
- Do not put the seat pad in the washing machine.
1. Before cleaning, remove the 12V plug from the 12V power supply socket.
2. Wipe the seat pad with a slightly moistened cloth.
3. All parts should then be allowed to completely dry out.
6. Maintenance
Only use spare fuses with the correct specifications mentioned
below.
There is a fuse in the 12V plug to protect the vehicle's electrical system. Check and replace the fuse when
the seat pad stops working (see Fig. D).

4. Place a new glass tube fuse (6 x 30) mm type F2AL250V) on the coil spring
5. Replace the connector tip on the new fuse.
6. Turn the screw cap clockwise onto the 12V connector.
7. Storage
- Store the seat pad in a clean and dry place.
- Store the seat pad so that it is not accessible to children.
- Do not allow the seat pad to become kinked during storage as a result of heavy objects being
placed on top of it.
- Do not weigh the seat pad down with heavy objects.
8. Troubleshooting
For faults not listed here, please contact the manufacturer.

10. Disposal
10.1 Disposal of packaging
Dispose of the packaging separated by type. Put
paper board and cardboard in paper recycling, and
plastic films in material recycling.
10.2 Disposal of the seat pad
(Applicable in the European Union and other European countries with systems for separate
collection of recyclables)
Old appliances must not be put in household waste!
If the heated seat pad is longer usable, each consumer is required by law to
dispose of old appliances separately from household waste, e.g. at a
collection site in his community/city district. This ensures that old appliances are

Rectification
Plug the 12V plug into the 12V
vehicle power socket correctly.
In many vehicles, the ignition must
be turned on for the 12V vehicle
power socket to be live.
Clean the 12V vehicle power socket
properly.
Replace the fuse of the 12V plug,
see section "Maintenance".
Replace the vehicle fuse for the
12V vehicle power connector.
