Insert the mains cable and additional heater
(Fig. 14-1) from the inside of the installation box
(Fig. 14-2).
Fix the additional heater in place with six
3.5 x 9.5 mm self-tapping screws (Fig. 14-3).
4.3.4 Installing the temperature switch and
control panel cable
Use a magnetic screwdriver or PZ2 bit (Pozidriv No.
2) to tighten the self-tapping screws. If you are using
a battery-powered screwdriver, set it to the lowest
torque and speed. Do not overtighten the self-tap-
ping screws.

Insert the temperature switch through the hole from
the exterior installation box.
Slide any side of the flange of the temperature
switch (Fig. 15-2) into the perforated slit (Fig. 15-3)
and place the temperature switch in the centre hole.
Fix the other side of the flange with a 3.5 x 6.5 mm
self-tapping screw (Fig. 15-1).

Insert the temperature switch through the hole in the
exterior installation box.
Place the temperature switch (Fig. 16-2) in the centre
hole and fix in place with two 3.5 x 6.5 mm self-tap-
ping screws (Fig. 16-1).

Connect the plug from the control panel cable
(Fig. 17-2) to the control unit of the Ultraheat
(Fig. 18-4).

For strain relief, secure the control panel cable
(Fig. 18-2) and the branching wires (Fig. 17-1) and
(Fig. 18-1) to the lug of the control unit (Fig. 18-3),
using the supplied cable ties.
Connect the control panel cable with the control
panel (Fig. 17-3). See "Installing the control panel".
If necessary, roll up surplus cable and secure with
cable ties.
