Troubleshooting
Before contacting a Samsung Service Center or an authorized service center, please
attempt the following solutions. Some situations may not apply to your SmartThings
Station.
Your SmartThings Station does not turn on
The wall charger may not be connected correctly. Unplug the wall charger from the
electric socket and connect it again.
Your SmartThings Station freezes or encounters an error
Try the following solutions. If the problem is still not resolved, contact a Samsung
Service Center or an authorized service center.
Restarting the SmartThings Station
If your SmartThings Station freezes or lags, you may need to unplug and reconnect the
wall charger.
Forcing restart
If your SmartThings Station is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Reset button
for more than 7 seconds to restart it. Do not disconnect the wall charger until the hub
indicator light flashes red → green → blue. After initialization, complete the initial setup
of the SmartThings Station and begin using it again.
A small gap appears around the outside of the SmartThings Station
This gap is a necessary manufacturing feature and some minor rocking or vibration
•
of parts may occur.
Over time, friction between parts may cause this gap to expand slightly.
