The call or the Wi-Fi connection is often disconnected
Ensure the Wi-Fi is working properly.

Ensure that the SmartThings Station is not blocked by other devices.
•
Restart your SmartThings Station to clear any temporary software bugs.
•
Ensure that your SmartThings Station's software is updated to the latest version.
•
If you are still having trouble after trying these tips, contact a Samsung Service
•
Center or an authorized service center.
The SmartThings Station cannot connect to mobile device
You cannot connect in a Wi-Fi environment with a firewall installed. If your mobile device
is connected to Wi-Fi with a firewall enabled, reconnect to Wi-Fi with a firewall disabled
and try again.
A smart home device does not work
Ensure the device you want to run is registered in the SmartThings app.

Ensure the device is connected to your SmartThings Station on the SmartThings
•
Station card in the SmartThings app.
Turn off the SmartThings app on your mobile device and try running it again.

Managing the SmartThings Station
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove any foreign substances from the SmartThings
•
Station. If this does not work, remove the foreign substances using the adhesive
surface of plastic tape, a plastic brush, or fabric that has been completely wrung out.
Keep the SmartThings Station dry. Prevent liquid from coming into contact with or

entering the SmartThings Station.
When you will not be using the SmartThings Station for a long time, unplug the wall
•
charger from the electric socket.
