1. GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read this manual carefully for instructions on correct
installation and usage. Please read all safeguards.
1.
Transport and store unit in upright position only. Leave in
upright position for at least 3 hours prior to initial use.
2.
Place A/C on even, level surface at all times.
3.
Ensure unit is connected to a grounded power supply of the
correct rating / capacity.
4.
Unit will cool when room temperature is between 18°C (64°F)
~ 45°C (113°F) depending on thermostat setting.
5.
DO NOT use A/C for functions other than those described in
this manual.
6.
DO NOT tilt unit.
7.
DO NOT cover or obstruct inlet and outlet grilles.
8.
DO NOT expose to rain, water, wet environments, such as
laundry rooms, to avoid risk or electrical shock.
9.
DO NOT unplug unit while operating.
10. DO NOT place foreign objects on unit.
11. DO NOT operate A/C with wet or damp hands.
12. DO NOT allow chemical substances to come into contact with
unit.
13. DO NOT operate A/C in the presence of flammable substances
or vapors such as alcohols, pesticides or gasoline.
14. Use control panel to start and to stop the unit. DO NOT USE
PLUG.

15. Turn off A/C and unplug from electrical outlet when not in
use.
16. Turn off and unplug unit from the electrical outlet prior to
maintenance or transport.
17. DO NOT use extension cord
18. DO NOT unplug unit by pulling on the electrical cord. Keep
electrical cord away from heat sources and completely
unroll cord to avoid overheating. If power cord is
damaged, contact a qualified electrician or service agent
to replace it, in order to avoid hazard or injury.
19. Filters must be used with product at all times. When filters
are removed for maintenance, verify that unit has been
turned off and unplugged from the electrical outlet.
20. Routine maintenance ensures unit efficiency. If not
completed, unit output performance and efficiency will
decrease and energy consumption will increase.
21. DO NOT operate unit with a damaged power cord or plug,
after a malfunction, or has been dropped or damaged.
22. Use only in the upright position on an even, flat surface.
Unit must be positioned at least 24 inches (60 cm) from
the nearest object in any direction.
23. Stop operation immediately if abnormal noise or odor is
detected. Contact a local service center.
24. Appliance is not to be used by children or persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, lack
