Model ENT-ACC10 consists of a series of bars and clamps that can be assembled in several
configurations. Once installed at the foot end of the bed, it can be adapted and adjusted to allow
different types of traction to be applied. This accessory is suitable for use with Arjo Enterprise
(5000, 5000X, 8000, 8000X, 9000, 9000X), Citadel and Citadel Plus, excluding bed
configurations with IndiGo™ Intuitive Drive Assist and/or with Air Mattress and Air Mattress
Control Unit (Citadel Patient Therapy System).

Traction should only be applied by clinically qualified persons
If a serious incident occurs in relation to this medical device, affecting the user, or the
patient then the user or patient should report the serious incident to the medical device
manufacturer or the distributor. In the European Union, the user should also report the
serious incident to the Competent Authority in the member state where they are located.
