8. TIME DEFROST
1) Press the Time Defrost button to select Time Defrost function, the display
shows "dEF2", prompting to enter the defrosting time;
2) Enter the defrosting time by pressing the desired Number buttons 0~9; the
longest time you can set is 99 min. 99 sec;
3) Press the START/+30SEC button to start defrosting. The oven will beep
when completed.
9. AUTO COOK
Auto cook lets you easily cook food in the oven, which will automatically set
the cooking time and power level to get a better result. The microwave oven
has a total of 6 menus, namely Popcorn, Potato, Pizza, Frozen Vegetable,
Beverage and Reheat. Press the desired menu button to select the food
weight or portion, and then press the START/+30SEC button to
start cooking. The oven will beep when completed.

10. TWO-STAGE COOKING
It enables cooking at multiple power levels and cooking times automatically.
SET STAGE 1 COOKING:
1) Place the food into the oven cavity and close the door. Press the
Time Cook button;
2) Use the Number buttons to set the cooking time for the first stage;
3) Press the Power button;
4) Use the Number buttons to enter the power level;
SET STAGE 2 COOKING:
5) Press the Time Cook button;
6) Use the Number buttons to set a cooking time for the second stage;
7) Press the Power button;
