• The scald hazard persists long after the water has boiled. Keep the kettle
off the edge of tables or counters and out of the reach of children.
• The kettle can only be used with the electric base provided.
• Coil excess wire under the electrical base.
• Do not place the appliance on or near heat sources.
• Do not use this appliance for any purpose other than heating water.
• Do not turn on the kettle unless there are at least two cups of water.
• Do not exceed the maximum water mark, otherwise when it boils it could
come out of the kettle spout.
• Do not leave the product unattended when in use or where it can be tou-
ched by children.
• Do not use alkaline or strong abrasive cleaning agents when cleaning
this appliance. Follow the instructions in the "Cleaning and Maintenan-
ce" section to clean our kettle.
• This appliance is not designed to operate using an external timer or inde-
pendent remote control system.
• Descale the kettle regularly to ensure proper operation.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer.
